The Rangers organize a cleanup effort in Angel Grove, hoping to do something positive for their community, but Lord Zedd has his own plans for the occasion. He unleashes Octophantom, a monster capable of trapping the Rangers and draining their powers. Suddenly, the heroes find themselves fighting to protect the very abilities that allow them to defend Earth. Their battle becomes particularly dangerous because losing their powers could leave them helpless against Zedd’s growing army. The Rangers must discover an unusual way to fight back before the monster can take everything from them.
