Jason struggles with guilt after Tommy loses his Green Ranger powers, and the emotional burden begins affecting his concentration. When the other Rangers try to help by finding Tommy, they unknowingly walk directly into another trap set by Goldar. The Rangers are captured and imprisoned in another dimension, leaving Jason to face the Pipebrain Monster on his own. The Red Ranger now has to overcome his guilt while fighting to rescue his friends. His leadership is tested as he discovers that carrying responsibility for others can be just as difficult as fighting a monster.
